Dubai Marina is the name of a neighborhood established in 2003. It is located in the heart of what can be called New Dubai. This district faces the sea just 30km southwest of the city of Dubai.

The marina was built around a channel about 100 meters wide, dug parallel to the shore about 600 meters of it. The most impressive boats can dock in the Marina.

Marina is also connected to the Persian Gulf by channels at each end thereof.
